God gave us free will, he gave us a choice to do what we want to do or to be what we choose to be or not to do/be. We can either choose to lean into or walk away from this sin that stands before us - Lust and Desire, it is up to me/you/us. If I/we choose to walk into it, I/we have to deal with the consequences that come with that at that point God "allows" those consequences, He doesn’t make them happen, he allows them because of the choice I/we made. “Liberty comes with a great price; because you can cause others to fall into temptation and go down the wrong path if you choose to mishandle the liberty you’ve been given; WALK CAREFULLY”. “With freedom comes great responsibility to have a choice to either do what's right, or wrong”. Many times in life we go down the road of betrayal - being betrayed by someone we've invested in, prayed for, loved on, and spent a lot of time with, and sometimes they even become our friends or even a part of the family.
