I was looking for a decent democratic podcast and came across this one. The first two minutes of the pod is filled with ads. My advice, spread them out a little?

I've been an avid listener of Can We Please Talk? for a while now, and I have to say, it’s become one of my go-to political podcasts. This show consistently delivers insightful commentary on the week’s most pressing news stories. The way Mike and Nick break things down makes it easy to keep up with the news, and I always walk away feeling more knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving it a listen if you’re looking for a podcast that’s both educational and entertaining.

In a world full of misinformation, it’s refreshing to hear these guys laying out the facts and having a thoughtful conversation about today’s topics. Came for one episode and stayed for the rest. Keep em coming!

It is nice to find a dependable news source that just reports the facts.

The one thing I appreciate about this pod is it really is news. Straight information, not the host’s opinions like other pods, they discuss what’s in the news and bring on people covering it or who have worked in previous roles around it. I really appreciate that. Our current news media is all about clicks and sensationalism and this show is not any of that, so color me a fan.

One of my go-to’s

I’ve been listening to these guys for about a year. The show has grown so much in that time. The guests are phenomenal. The hosts (Nick and Mike) are great interviewers and provide weekly content relevant to the world we live in. This is my go to podcast during my commute and meal prep time.

This show is a chance for me to connect to the US political landscape and when I grew up back in the states. Keep up the great work Mike & Nick.

A great podcast that talks about an array of topics. The interviews are always interesting and the knowledge of the hosts seems vast. Mike and Nick also have really easy to listen to voices which is a big deal for me when it comes to a podcast. I’ll continue to follow!

Even though my commuting has slow down with the pandemic, my love for pods has picked up, and this one is one of my new favs. Such depth of topics discussed and really good interviews. Highly recommend for the people who may see this podcast come up on their recommended list.
