Life can make you have to keep your head up. Things can come at you in ways you don't expect, but you've got to keep pushing and find a way to hold on to hope.

Don't call it a comeback. We are back for season 3 of Can I Be Honest For A Minute. But this season, we have a new twist, and I think you're going to like it!

This episode I sit down with my big brother in Christ Reverend Dr Walter Henry pastor of St James AME in Memphis Tennessee. We learn a little bit more about his background in church, education, what he is currently doing and working on, as well as some things that are going on in the church. We all know that relationships are tough. And it doesn't matter if that relationship is a friendship or somebody that you're physically intimate with. So today I just want to jump in and talk about them a little bit at least from my perspective and some of my relationship and friendship troubles over the years, come ride with me.
