Percy is once again expelled, but he can't find it in himself to care. He does however care about the weird conversation he overhears Mr. Brunner and Grover having, but when he confronts Grover, he is interrupted by three old ladies who are knitting what are possibly the biggest socks in the world.
After, we discuss the real myth of the fates (Suz does, Lea's best reference is the disney classic Hercules), and wonder just when the summer solstice is.
