It’s a really tricky time for all of right now and a time when we need to really make a conscious effort to protect our mental wellbeing. In this episode Nathalie talks about this and shares her top five tips, along with simple exercises to help reduce anxiety and increase a sense of calm in your mind and body. This includes a few grounding, mindfulness techniques and a anxiety releasing meditation.
