A Yoga Nidra to support your transition from daytime to evening…

Often referred to as ‘The Yoga of Sleep’ Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice that takes you to the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind – a liminal state where we can simultaneously rest and regenerate.

Practice is taken lying down (if accessible) in a cosy space (cover yourself with a blanket and cover your eyes) and you are still and quiet for the duration. Simply listen and enjoy.
