Waiting around for clients to refer and people to magically find the studio is no way to grow at the pace most owners want.
Start by choosing a couple of strategies that make sense for you and then go all in on making them work.
Wether it's Facebook ads, email marketing, Google ads, regularly posting in local moms groups, using referral generating strategies (not waiting for them to come on their own,) etc..
There are so many ways to find clients. Facebook ads alone are enough to make big things happen within a quarter.

The early bird special strategy is one of the best, for filling summer camps far in advance while needed fewer students but having each sign up for multiple weeks up front.
It reduces the workload of needing to sign up far more students and allows the option to quickly expand camp weeks if wanted.
But to make it all work, marketing in advance and not waiting until the last minute is super important.
