Dr. Cindy Bautista-Thomas has over 20 years of clinical social work and administrative experience in public schools, private agencies and higher education. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany.  She earned a doctorate in Urban Education from the CUNY Graduate Center.
