I’ve listened to the first 5 episodes and they are improving each time. Each interview has pertinent information for not only post-secondary culinary educators but high school culinary teachers as well. The interview with Chef Keith Taylor was GREAT! He is to the point, honest and full of passion. I cannot wait to see where this podcast is in a year!
