heard about this podcast some time last year but finally had the time to actually listen to it. I started the binge in mid-June and now i only have 17 epsidoes left. being a queer latinx, this podcast really makes me feel seen, i totally get a bit of what they went through with their families and a few of the media from their childhoods was the same things that gave me queer feels before i knew what queer feels were. this podcast has also added so many things to my "Media To Check Out" list. thank you so much for all the work yall do to produce this podcast.

Just recently came across Cabronas y Chingonas through word of mouth. I’m not a big fan of podcasts, but wow these womxn have a lot of knowledge to share and I appreciate them very much. They’re not afraid to speak up and tell the world what it’s like to be Queer and Latinx. I’m also in the film industry and I know what it’s like to go through these struggles every day that they talk about. I, too, was angry with One Day at a Time getting canceled and I was so moved hearing everyone’s voice on this matter. It’s great to have a podcast like this that represents the minority and I hope it continues to represent us. Keep working hard, ladies! Thank you!

I love these gals! They are a great mix of funny and insightful. They offer up thought-provoking discussions on different aspects of lgbtq representation found in various forms of media. Not only do they discuss current and past representations they are very vocal about what is missing and needed.

I love this show, you all make me Laugh and have a more critical eye when I’m watching tv and movies.

I love their chemistry and their focus on latinx representation in tv and film. I agree it’s really important. I’m straight, latinx a lot older than the hosts but I always look foward to their recommendations and insight. Keeping it real.

It took me a week and a half to get through every episode and I can gladly say that it was 100% worth it. As a lover of film and tv and as a woman of color and ally, getting to see how they all blend together in such critical intersectional conversations is completely eye opening and inspirational! I can’t recommend this podcast enough!! I know y’all like Wonder Woman and Gal Gadot so watch Mr. Marston and the Wonder Women. It’s about the original creator of the Wonder Woman comic and his relationship with his wife and their mutual lover in the 40s and how their personal life is integrated into the comic. I am so happy I stumbled upon these ladies (pod) twitter account! This podcast is wonderful and refreshing! They discuss representation of LGBTQA+ and POC in media. It's hard enough being a POC and finding reflections of yourself in media and for LGBTQA+ POC's it seems to be even harder. For years many of us have ignored/dismissed problematic portrayals of the POC and LGBTQA+ groups because we were just happy with the bread crumbs we were given after years of not seeing anyone that looks like us on tv. We live in an amazing time where people, like these beautiful ladies, are willing to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and are willing to call BS on media portrayals that don't actually fit. Regardless of your heritage or sexual orientation I highly recommend giving these ladies a listen! I don't know any spanish, so at times I'm a bit lost when they throw in spanish words lol but I love hearing their passion about the topics. It never hurts to hear others perspectives and I love hearing theirs! Keep up the great work ladies!
