This podcast has been a favorite for over 3 years. I really enjoyed listening to the 2 part F. Scott Fitzgerald. I wonder if you would consider on Zelda Fitzgerald.

My favorite podcast about biographies because no added political commentary is added (rare nowadays). Great voice, pronunciation, pace, and length of episodes.

Excellent show to have on in the background while working. Pretty amazing the professional job being done with a mic in a basement or garage. The biographies are tight and fast. Always interesting. Well researched and I appreciate the fact he notes sources. If I’m in the mood for that style, opposed to say the OI lectures. I think you’ll enjoy the series. As always, I’ll be sad after I’ve heard all episodes.

I have been listening to this show for two and a half years. It never gets old. Great voice. Great delivery. Wonderful pacing. He knows how to make these personalities interesting. Keep up the great work.

Unfortunately, although the content is great, the minimal variation in the narrator’s tone of voice makes this podcast a difficult listen for me personally.

For a great podcast

This podcast seems well researched, and the stories are really fascinating. Personally, I just can’t get into it because of the dry narration.

People will literally complain about anything. Great, concise bios of some history’s most fascinating characters. Check it out.

Absolutely fabulous

Your intro is way to long, 2 minutes to the content. But this is a good idea.

The Captain al Hayes and United Flight 232 episodes are without a doubt the most exhilarating podcasts I’ve ever heard. I’m a huge fan of all Byte Sized Biographies episodes but check this one out if you’re looking for a heart pounding podcast.

The premise for this podcast is brilliant, however, the reader ruins it. Monotone, no inflection whatsoever and rushes through the material as if he was being chased. I couldn’t even finish one show. Unsubscribe.

I would have given this podcast five stars but someone has gone back back through the original episodes and added music. I love all types of music but for this podcast it’s disruptive and doesn’t bring anything to the story. Good narrative on its own.

Why do so many people get this wrong? It’s not pronounced “Neetchee”, but “Neetcha”.

This excellent podcast sets forth biographies in a concise yet complete manner, all within one hour per figure. Each podcast sets forth just the right amount of detail to provide a full understanding of the person in question. Just as importantly, this is a podcast that is all about facts and not about any personal opinion or ideology. Highly recommended.

Our narrator believes these personalities are so obscure you’ve never heard of them. Any high school or college history course covers the people in this entire podcast and it’s offensive to tell a potential audience that these are many bios of people we’ve never heard of. Our narrator chooses the most typical and pedestrian bios out there. Since he obviously thinks he’s so smart perhaps he should come up with some genuinely obscure bios. If you skip this podcast you’re not missing anything. 90% of podcast listeners are college grads. Any podcast that insults me before I’ve listened to a single word is not worth my time.

Glad I stumbled onto this. More episodes please.

More episodes!!!! It is fun to learn about these people that you hear about all the time but have no idea of the craziness of their lives. Very accessible.

These are extremely informative without being overstuffed or redundant. I especially loved the one on Che Guevara and his history with Castro.

Great job presenting a balanced presentation of some folks you don’t often get the details on. Well researched and even a little humor thrown in for good measure. I have binge-listened. Bring on more!

This is an extremely well done podcast - I hope there will be many more episodes. The host does an excellent job of presenting the history of people who should be better known to history. First rate.
