Meet my friend Ben Kelly! 
Ben is a an energy analyst in the city of London who was diagnosed with adhd at age 5. He was medicated 5 to 16 but at 16 decided to stop his medication. 
He says &quot; At 16 l I decided to come off them because, I believed it was something you grew out of, the realization at the age of 26 that I&#39;ve had some many issues in that 10 year period that were all relating to adhd and making the decision to go back on medications at 26 and two years down the line thriving.&quot;
