Lisa and I first worked together when she was Chief Digital Officer at Merriam Webster. She is a visionary leader who has proven unusually capable of defining and capturing missions that inspire and direct teams and products. At Merriam Webster, that included considering the question "what's the mission of a dictionary?" and coming up with answer that worked in the digital age.
