Burnt bread is good for many things: croutons, ducks, etc. but if taken in through the ears, you’ll find the upper crust of knowledge that won’t leave you crumbing. 💥💥🍗🍤

When Burnt and Bread took a brief hiatus it was a dark time in my life and not dark like overdone toast, but dark like a cold dreary wet wintery midnight. I had nothing but the hit song “Closer” by The Chainsmokers and a glint of hope that one day Burnt Bread would be back to pull me through that dark time. AND OH BABY ARE THEY BACK!!! Burnt and Bread have turned the toaster up to 9 (the highest rating on an industry standard toaster) and are pumping out premium Burnt Bread weekly! Glad to have you back boys and I can’t wait to buy your merch!

What I appreciate most about this podcast is Burnt and Breads' willingness to poke fun at the 'talk show podcast' format. Every episode looks different from the previous, and it's very apparent they're doing this for the love of producing something that is fun to make and, in turn, fun to listen to. They'll keep you on your toes with compelling (bordering on the absurd in the most refreshing way) content that is as new to them as it is to us. Burnt and Bread are merely personas, but behind those monikers are people -- people like you and me. They are just so normal, wading into a field of radio that is polluted with loud braggadocio and loony personalities. What they bring to the table feels more like a fun meal conversation with a group of cherished friends than a podcast meant strictly to entertain hungry listeners. Burnt and Bread want me to be a part of the process with this podcast, I firmly feel that.

They throw some decent laughs in the mix. I’ll probably list them in my top 2 to 6 favorite podcasts of all time. Keep up the strong form, beat up on some more of those NPR mainstream pros with those original amateur flavors.

Burnt Bread is one of my favorite podcasts! Light, funny, topical with a unique sense of humor. My favorite on-going segment of the podcast is the light beer review!

What a duo. The bread is definitely in the toaster for this one and I look forward to b&b turning up the heat next week for some fresh hot toast (takes). Speaking of toast, Wikapedia describes a "Sandwich" as, "A food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein two or more pieces of bread serve as a container or wrapper for another food type." Case closed.

The intro really had me hesitating the potential quality of this podcast, but it turned out to be quite a masterpiece. Big fan of any podcast that discusses both robot vacuums and bud light lime. Can’t wait to talk about this with my coworkers at the water cooler tomorrow!
