It's been quite a time since I last recorded. So much to share, but first let's get sorta up to speed with a chat about Katie's impressions of what my regular ayahuasca ceremony attendance has done for and for my mental state. We're also in a coronavirus or COVID-19 inspired voluntary lockdown because of recommendations that social distancing will flatten the curve of infection so as not to overwhelm our healthcare system as the immunocompromised and elderly are likely to need ventilators to sustain lung function.
