This Side Trip is about one of my favorite conversations on reaching for your potential with Erik Weihenmayer. Erik is one of the most inspiration people I've had the privilege to meet. He is the founder of the not for profit an author of numerous books and the star of the Netflix documentary "The Weight of Water."  Erik is  testament to achievement. He’s climbed Everest, the 7 summits and kayaked through the Co river rapids. And he accomplished all this without the benefit of sight. Stop and think about that for a moment.
