I used to panic at the thought that someone would look at me and think “wow, she does NOT have her ish together.” and sometimes the fear creeps up. It comes up when I think about what my office looks like, how old I am, or how much I have left to learn. But the thing that has been game-changing for me has been admitting wholeheartedly “I don’t have my sh*t together” and feeling liberated from alllllll the pressures that come with trying to look like I do. In this episode I share with you what has transformed my thinking around this, why I hate the advice “fake it till you make it” and how going from making “look at me” content to making “come with me” content made all the difference.
