I simply love this podcast. As an African-American millennial, I was able to find similarities from my childhood with both Anu’s and Whitney’s. These two are very relatable! I feel so seen. Not enough is said about the beauty and challenges of being a QWOC in America. Keep it going 💙👏🏾

I am not a millennial and I am not of Asian descent (as far as I know— 23 & Me might disagree, for all I know). But this is one of only two podcasts that I listen to on a regular basis. My listening time is precious, so I try not to spend it on anything that’s not worth the while. This one is. Enjoy the laughter, relate a little even if you’re not Asian or a Millennial, smile at the reminiscences, and enjoy the media reviews!

If you’re thinking of listening to this podcast, do it! It will have you intrigued, laughing, and nodding your head at the many millennial relatable moments. As an Asian- American, it feels good to see more representation out there. I’ve found many of the topics to be relatable, and I always learn something new. Anu & Whitney have a genuine, fun, and insightful way of discussing important topics; making sure to cover the nuances that are often left out. It’s kind of like hanging out with two friends over tea, and the convo is so interesting, you don’t want it to end. I especially love listening to this when I’m cooking!

I like the mixture of topics they discuss instead of sticking with just one area of conversation all the time. They know how to blend culture with todays topic in a way that offers unique perspective that is relatable to many millennials with an ethnic background. I think it is cleverly recorded to be entertaining while shedding light on issues that Asian Americans faced growing up. It’s also educational if you are not exposed to Asian American culture in general. Thank you Anu and Whitney for sharing your stories. I look forward to your podcasts!

This is a very relatable podcast for Asian Americans. Whitney and Anu talk about various things each episode and bring it back to the Asian American experience in an insightful and intelligent way. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait for more episodes!
