It is often said that building muscle and losing fat at the same time is near impossible unless certain specific conditions are right. Like Mercury being in retrograde, the stars aligning, or when your significant other will admit they’re wrong.
Either way, you don’t need to have all of these special conditions to accomplish this. You just need to dial in your training and nutrition and of course be consistent and patient.
