This is my favorite buddy podcast BECAUSE of the side stories; it’s incredibly interesting to see four guys who are so different have similar backgrounds... and also the rapping. Although everyone but Dennis is too soft on virgin predictions and it definitely hurt when John compared Pittsburgh to Cleveland in the wish. I’ll remember that one, John.

I have been DYING to hear the episode-by-episode thoughts of someone who has never seen Buffy. I’ve seen it so many times since it originally aired that it’s hard to imagine someone NOT loving it, but nostalgia and sentiment can alter one’s perception. These guys (and can I say how much I love the lack of overbearing toxic masculinity?) are clearly good friends who just want to introduce their “virgin” friend to a show they love. Beware: Star Trek references and brief obscure movie discussions abound - but I personally find it endearing to get to know the history of these guys’ friendship and hear them interact. I love it.

I look forward every week to this podcast. There's one "Buffy virgin" who was super skeptical through Season 1, but there was one red-letter episode where he finally admitted he wouldn't turn it off, and has since been converted to a fan. I look forward to his sometimes remarkably accurate predictions. These are clearly amateur podcasters, and at times they could benefit from editing out some pauses, but their mix of sometimes awkwardness and enthusiasm makes it endearing and more enjoyable. Keep it up guys!

than listening to this one. They waffled on endlessly about their own lives, promised to get back to the show topic, then yammered on about each other for another fifteen minutes. I slogged through one episode, but when the next one was just as brutally inane and boring I gave up on them.

I love stumbling on to a new Buffy podcast with a newbie to this awesome series. The veteran viewers give interesting insights and guide one of their best friends as he embarks into the intricate world of the Buffyverse. Definitely worth subscribing. Keep up the great work guys.
