The "Big W" is the real deal

One of the best shows around of this kind of music. I've listen to the Retro Cocktail Hour for years and that is a good show, but the Big W makes the Buddies Lounge a blast! Funny, informative and really loves the music he shares with everyone. Listen to one show and you will be hooked.

Here's a show for those of us who grew up listening to 1960's pop music, but had an ear in the great singers and songwriters of the American Songbook, tiki-time exotica and the European and American arranger pop hits renditions of the time as well (our parents taste usually). "The Big W" is a classic DJ buff, based in LA, upbeat, irrepressible and very into the sixties, since he's a serious collector with a vast collection of stereo and MONO 45's and so on, as well as knowledge of the sixties that is close to professorship. It's a great way to start your day. He does longer specials, too. Listen to an episode if all this sounds good to you. You won't be disappointed.
