In 1993, Benny Bedford was plotted with his mother, brother, and one other person to kill his mother's abuser. His mother and brother were acquitted, the other individual only served a couple of years. Benny had a clean record and they accused him of being the mastermind behind the crime. As a result he received Life Without the Possibility of Parole. His only hope is to be awarded clemency by the Governor of California. Should his request be granted?
