Todd called in today and we discussed evidence collection procedures outlined by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's (OSBI) official Evidence Collection Manual. We also talked about the discrepancies in the conduct of the detectives in Pittsburg County who are in charge of investigating the death of Marty Tweedy. We discuss how they did not follow proper protocol and as a result they have potentially tainted this case.
