sometimes i imagine this is the audio of a very serious Business Meeting especially when they come up with ideas. i imagine it as some new adult animated show, maybe with the brunch boys being birds or something. perhaps this is my own million dollar idea

Big fan of the podcast but halfway through you lose me as a listener each week because I start listening to whatever obscure artist or song you have mentioned 30 times by that point. Hope that doesn’t mess up your stats!

I did think Saving Silverman month lasted a little too long though... could we mix in some other Jack Black projects? Maybe School of Rocktober or Tenacious D-ecember.

Had to give these guys 5 stars, 5 is coincidentally the amount of times Jack Black is mentioned per minute during the episodes but once you look past that the banter is unmatched.

I have been searching the internet for years to find the best podcast about jack black and i have to say, this isn’t it. these guys know nothing about jack black but they talk about him so much. it wouldn’t be a big deal if if they didn’t know a lot about jack black but it’s 75% of what they talk about. guys, either talk about how jack black hosted 72 kids choice awards in a row, or how he won an oscar for his performance in King Kong, or how he created the greatest song in the world but forgot it. other than the jack black stuff they are very funny and entertaining as well as very respected among the most influential and popular meme shorters

Pete and DJ had a bit where they wanted us to complain about how much they talk about Jack Black but then they actually spent forever talking about him to the point where I found myself earnestly thinking, “I get it, he’s cool. Move on to the next irrelevant topic” Great show

This podcast is really good, but one thing I'll warn potential listeners is that I hope you're ready for 20-30 minutes if jack black talk a month. This podcast freaking rules and they have incredible banter, but seriously guys school of rock isn't THAT good. Every week they name one of their segments after a different jack black movie - which is a funny bit at first but there's only so many jack black movies and the pod has been on for 6 years... anyways, let's rock let's rock today

Great podcast on grammar. Often finding myself laughing at various off-the-cuff quips. The full Jack Black week was a bit much. And having an episode devoted to a different appendage of his was fine until the fifth one. Little aggressive on the ol JB horniness, but they had lovely diction. Very concise sentences throughout the 24 hour Jack Black episode than was 25 hours too long.

I loved School of Rock as much as the next guy but the full breakdown of Jack Black’s diet & fitness routine to prep for the role seemed a bit much. Great pod!

5 stars but can’t believe Pete said that he hates Jack Black in the school of rock. 😭

Similar to Friday Night Marbles, I’ve tuned in a couple times, and I still have absolutely no idea what’s going on. But I’ve enjoyed every second of it.

The Brunch boys joining the Washed Media universe is the most ambitious collab since New Kids On The Block joined forces with the Backstreet Boys to bring us the musical masterpiece that is NKOTBSB. Change the game and wave to the haters from your rear view mirror.

The guys at washed brought me here, but DJ and Pete are having me stay - love the pod.

I love these two. Casual listen - always a good time. Feel good. Funny. And best yet, they do not take themselves seriously. 5/5.

i followed pete and dj on twitter for a while but didn't listen to brunch. i saw the merch though and the branding was so strong i wanted to listen just so i could rep a shirt that broadcasts everyone's favorite meal. finally, someone tweeted "what's the best episode to show someone to get them into brunch" and dj retweeted and i listened to some recs and now i'm hooked. went back to the start to binge it all. easily my favorite podcast and can't get enough superb work all around

some guy slid into my twitter dm’s because he saw i replied to pete and “thought I was cute” and that is literally the only bad thing that’s come out of this podcast.

What an absolute roller coaster this podcast can be. From bashing Bohemian Rhapsody appropriately, to the Mamma Mia 2 love, getting wide and some hints of depression and how to get through it all. Love these guys!
