Sweet dreams are made of these!  This episode launches our first ever Bright Spot interview with one of the favorite bright lights we know - our personal dream specialist, and Tracy's sister, Kacie!   

In episode 46, Dreamy, we talked about "hazy impressions of something profound" - otherwise known as dreams!  Some of the resources for that show included materials from a course Kacie took a few years ago.  In this bright spot Kacie shares with us a little about her dream journey and leads Amy through the first half of a community dreamwork session.
