Blood and DNA evidence were on display as the preliminary hearing for David Burke, known as D4vd, continued in Los Angeles. Investigators explained DNA was found in D4vd’s Tesla, in his home, and even on a garbage bag. Victim Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s DNA was also found on several items. The information law enforcement has released in the Nancy Guthrie investigation has been limited, and Ed Smart says that is a mistake. Smart’s family was thrust into the national spotlight in 2002 when his daughter Elizabeth Smart was abducted from her home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
