The goal of Tim Wendelboe is to “be among the best coffee roasteries and espresso bars in the world and to be a preferred supplier of quality coffee and a preferred resource for coffee innovation and coffee knowledge.” Well, I would agree with this statement as it was my number one coffee discovery in 2018! I had the chance to visit again in 2019 and Tim was gracious enough to join me to discuss: Coffee Culture, Where the coffee industry is headed, the controversies of the business and how he combats it, how he got his start, his amazing cafe in Oslo, Norway and so much more! Settle in with a giant cup, subscribe to get his coffee sent to you while drinking it and enjoy my hour long chat with one of the best coffee minds in the world!
