At least that is what happened to our guest, Mr. Darius Fennell. Learn what happened next and how you can avoid it happening to you. Darius Fennell is a mental health recovery and therapy advocate. He is a proud HBCU alumni of North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. EE degree from the University of Rochester. Darius is also a passionate published author, mental health life coach, and support group facilitator with a strong desire to break down mental health stigmas especially among African American men. Leveraging from his own past mental health struggles and recovery, Darius desires for those who struggle with their mental health to never lose hope and find the courage to pursue the help and life tools needed to thrive.
