I choose and now receive joy; the details weren't always mine!
I feel so happy I could laugh and float to the ceiling like in "Mary Poppins movie". I can move from my heart and not understand why that seed is planted, but just follow it. It's okay however it turns out and I worry less about what others think. It's all coming together and I didn't plan the details and that's what crazy. I set intentions and showed up to put myself out there but I had no idea how good these plans laid out for me were going to be. I get this day, this life!

Quick reflection 2018 - A year of study
What did I do and learn in 2018 with a year away from full-time work and living intentionally? My year sabbatical studying yoga, mindfulness, and meditation helped me become more grateful and  compassionate towards myself and others. It was a time in this Western society to release my urge to overachieve so that I could be ENOUGH. I've shifted and am ready to balance my prior business world with new perspectives. A wonderful 2019 is in store!

Living with Awareness, Reality, Perception, Pause
Have you ever recognized a shift in your life? A shift in your path? A shift in your perception? This past few weeks beginning a regular practice of mindfulness and communicating with trusted confidantes became one of the greatest gifts to myself. I learned how to use body scans noticing the feelings, look at my perceptions and meanings deeper to my NOW. And even how my business/busyness was no longer getting in other peoples business. What is happening? What are these feelings as a I see myself?
As we begin to SEE ourselves, we may have emotions and feelings in our bodies that arise. What is happening? Is this more comfortable or actually less comfortable than being on autopilot and not seeing myself? What is this stuff? Why is the past coming back? How do I see myself today and what can I do to see myself with hope for a future? A future that I am intentionally living and recognizing my choices.
