This week we set out with an honest mission: to discuss "The Empire Strikes Back" and ONLY that film. However, we go off the rails almost immediately. With a nearly infinite amount of content, the Star Wars cannon is MASSIVE and lends itself very well to discussions of spirituality. This episode definitely goes a little long, and definitely won't be the last discussion of Star Wars on this podcast. SPOILER ALERT for all of anything related to Star Wars

We return this week after a month away! In this time of COVID-19 as we all shelter in place, we have finally figured out how to harness the technology to record remotely! And, with Joshua's baby finally home from the hospital, this should mean episodes rolling out weekly once again. We have decided to only watch films available on major streaming platforms (Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) for as long as stay-at-home orders exist. The first film in this series is "The Straight Story", the quiet masterpiece directed by David Lynch.  A few notes and links pertaining to this episode: 1) 1.
