When the heart bleeds...
This is a talk on mental health and how with so much levity we handle mental health cases in most families in Nigeria. It seems because we can't see the bruises and scars, we have deliberately refused to see the realness and the damage it has on the victims wellbeing.

The richly poor man. No matter how rich a person is, she doesn't have 0.1% of the world's endowment.
You can be the richest person alive but be rest assured only if the world could speak and tell you how much you have acquired from the world. You will be surprised because your wealth is insignificant to the world.

My sick friend humbled me.
When you got carried away by your aspirations and forgot to be grateful for the life you have till your bed-ridden friend woke you from your slumber and gave you reasons to be grateful.

Everyday for the thief... No day for the owner for Naija
This is about how morality is now degraded to the background in Nigeria and the mentality to survive at all cost is destroying everybody. The everything has to be about me mentality has made us selfish and greedy and we are not even enjoying life as we should.

This is an interactive episode on rape with Miss Ruqoyah Ogunbiyi, a mental health professional.
This is the concluding part of the discourse about the abuse of women and rape cases concurrently happening and reported in our society. Every region in Nigeria is no more a safe place for women to be protected and elevated. This episode features Miss Ruqoyah Ogunbiyi, a mental health professional and she extensively discussed about the negative effect these various inhumane abuses affect the girl child's mind, body and soul. Furthermore, she mentioned the unproductive mindset these rape survivors have till they overcome the pain trauma the evil perpetrators left them with. Miss Ruqoyah also laid emphasis on the downgrading effect it has on the productiveness and progression of the society at large because an unbalanced state of mind most times don't have that positive vibe to work efficiently.

Women's right are no longer taking seriously in Nigeria and the world. It is time to rise and fight.
This episode looks into the concurrent rape cases in Nigeria. I looked into history and I found amazing stories about how our 'FOREMOTHERS' fought and became victorious and their pursuit for justice and women liberation. This is why the episode's picture is the image of our 'foremother' and activist, Mrs Olufunmilayo Ransome-Kuti I shared these history and also the spirit and letters of the Nigerian constitution on rape cases and its penalties. I also called on our sisters and mothers that are parts of the Nigerian government and the press to rise and demand for justice for Barakat and Uwa.
