It's not that you don't have the right microphone

9 times out of 10 these are simply excuses that mask some type of insecurity. You might be thinking things like:
-What if I look silly?
-What will my colleagues say if they see me on video?
-What if the video doesn't perform?
-What people don't like it and I get negative comments?
-Who am I to start making videos anyways?
Now the good news for you is that every creator on earth has already been through this. And to some extent, we still go through it, just in different ways.
Take for example Rem Ortega. She lives in the Philippines and went through the exact same thing before starting to post video, which led to her starting her own business, finding her voice, and winning customers through her content. That is the power of video IF you don't get in your own way.
I sat down with Rem while I was in the Philippines visiting my team and she blew me away with her story and how she overcame these challenges.
