Bail-bondsman Geralt’s life turns upside down when he and his adopted-daughter Ciri are t-boned in a car accident, leaving Ciri mortally-wounded and her life hanging in the balance.
As if this wasn’t enough, his self-made musician ex Jaskier shows up at the ER to support him, and Geralt is sharply reminded how much he regrets breaking up with him.
Geralt is forced to deal with how much he suffocates his emotions, and how to reach out to others when he needs help.
