Mental Health Understanding It is a Boundless Podcast Production. In this podcast we have addressed many of the topics surrounding mental health. Although it is often discussed, there is still a lack of understanding within our community. As well as answering frequently asked questions and giving useful resources, including a range of helplines, we have challenged the stereotypes surrounding mental health illnesses in this podcast. Prominent public figures such as Demi Lovato, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and many others have all experienced problems regarding mental health.
