I don’t know what it is about us ‘chicks’ but it seems to be a common theme that many of us struggle with a lack of confidence and overcoming our fears so that we can get the life we want. I’m not sexist, I’m sure men deal with this too, it just seems more apparent in woman.

As a business mentor this really is a huge topic and I see so many women with these blocks being the only thing that stands in their way. So in truth, they need to get out of their own way in order to succeed.
