The way I see it is that those with an infinite mindset are VISIONARIES. Their minds are not limited by what already exists. They see and experience the world differently. They are creatives. They break the status quo, they go against the grain, they shift perspectives and create a future other people don’t see possible. This kind of infinite mindset, being a visionary coz you see and experience the world differently is the essence of being a QUEER! Being a queer visionary that goes beyond just IDENTITY.And this is what today's episode is all about. So tune in!

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when trying to craft their life’s purpose is confusing it for their passion or their talents. But it’s neither of these. However, your passion and your talents, the things that you are really good at and love doing, will help you find and craft your deeper purpose.Because your deeper purpose is to stand out cause you stand for something . It's stepping out from the shadows and creating the change you want to see in your community, in the society, in the world and the whole Universe. Tune in to hear me reveal 3 simple steps you need to take so that you can be the reason other queers will rally behind your deeper purpose and help you fulfill it. Liked this episode? A flag is more than just a flag. It brings people together as it represents their common value, common goal and unity for just cause. Hope. Peace. Inclusivity. Equality. Freedom. Legacy. Integrity. Purity. It was no different with our Pride Flag. There are still people within our LGBTQ+ community who are unfamiliar with our own history and even flip the letters. Similarly, some of our brothers and sisters know very less or know nothing about our most prominent symbol. If we want to bring change to how we are perceived by the heteronormative society, and to show them that we are not a threat to them and their reality, we need to know where we have been, what makes us, what we stand for and how that essence reflects in our symbols. So tune in to learn more about the history of the most famous and most recognized flag in the world : the Rainbow Flag. It's PRIDE MONTH, y'all !!!! What I stand for and what I believe is that we all are called to help the heteronormative society understand that we are not a threat to their reality, beliefs and existence and that by allowing us into their space, the space will expand instead of shrinking because of our talents, creativity, authenticity, passion and purpose. We need to help them to see us beyond our sexual orientation, who we sleep with, have sex with and how many times we have it. But we cannot effectively work for or talk about change unless we know where we have been.Urning, homosexual, homophile, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer etc. - each word has its long and fascinating history but in today's episode I will be sharing with you a history of how our community built or created its name, what’s behind each letter and why the order of the letters is so significant.Let me know what you thought about this episode, whether it did resonate or not, your biggest takeaways, I’d love to hear from you. This is the first time I am sharing the story of how I became the disconnected queer perfectionist at a very young age, how I lived with that identity for more than 30 years of my life and how I finally, and very recently, stripped that perfectionism armor and felt REAL, enough and worthy for the first time ever. What Ellen DeGeneres, Abby Wambach (a two time Olympic champion and gold medalist, FIFA World Cup champion, and the highest all time international goal scorer for male and female soccer players put together), or Glennon Doyle (her wife BTW and a thought leader, Sunday Times and New York Times bestselling author and activist) have in common? They decided not to allow the one biggest outdated norm that runs in our LGBTQ+ community on autopilot to dictate how their lives were “supposed to be'' lived. They decided not to “fit in” to satisfy the heteronormative society’s acceptable path, but decided to live their own vulnerable (yet so liberating) unapologetically authentic lives. If you enjoy this episode and it resonates, I'd be pumped to hear about it, especially what strikes you the most. Take a screenshot of you listening to the episode on your device, post it to your FB and / or IG stories and tag me @coachagastarkowska.In this episode you'll hear:- why "fitting in" is so outdated;- why fitting in, shame and judgement are flawed when put together side by side causing you suffering; - what can you do to get rid of following this outdated norm; - "untamed Effect" methodology;Social media tags and handles:FB: Coach Aga Starkowska'GRAM: Coach Aga Starkowskaemail: [email protected]
