Film Naseeb was released in 1981. Naseeb meaning Destiny, is a 1981 Indian Hindi-language masala entertainment film. It was  produced and directed by Manmohan Desai. Naseeb was written by writer later become actor Kader Khan. Naseeb was very successful at the box office. It is a typical Manmohan Desai film starring, Amitabh Bacchan,  Shatrughan Sinha, Rishi Kapoor, Hema Malini, Reena Roy, Kim and others. Naseeb film's songs were super duper hit and are still like by the audience around the world. But one of the hit songs of this film is reportedly a copy of another hit film. Actress Bindiya Goswami is a former Indian actress, who is best known for her work in Hindi cinema throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Bindiya was discovered at a party, when she was a teenager, by actress Hema Malini's mother. She felt that Bindiya had a resemblance to her daughter Hema Malini and recommended her to film producers. Bindiya Goswami's biggest hit was Hrishikesh Mukherjee's comedy film Gol Maal in 1979. The success of her film Dada in 1979 led her to sign a number of films with actor Vinod Mehra. Actress Leena Chandavarkar was very famous and in-demand actress during the late 1960s and in the early 1970’s. She then married singer and actor Kishore Kumar who was 21 years older than her. Now there were rumors that Leena Chandavarkar was 9 months pregnant when she married Kishore Kumar in 1980. In this episode, I’ll discuss when Jaya Bachchan scolded superstar of Indian Cinema Rajesh Khanna, actor and filmmaker Manoj Kumar. Jaya Bachchan stood up for Amitabh Bachchan who she had not married yet. In 1974, Jaya Bachchan fought with Manoj Kumar and Rajesh Khanna because of Amitabh Bachchan. The reason for this rift was that Manoj Kumar cast Big B in a supporting role in his first directorial film. Jaya ji predicted at that time that Amitabh Bachchan had way too much talent to be casted in a supporting role. In 1981, actor Kumar Gaurav became an instant star with his debut film Love Story. Kumar Gaurav was son of famous actor Rajinder Kumar aka Jubilee Kumar for his hit films. 1981 also marked the year when actor Sanjay Dutt became an instant star with debut film Rocky. Hes a son of legendary actor Sunil Dutt. Both of these actors' films failed miserably at the box office after their debut films. In 1984, Kumar Gaurav married Sanjay Dutt’s sister and both became brother in-laws. In this episode of Bollywood Talks, I’m going to discuss a specific film NAAM that was made for Kumar Gaurav to resurrect his career by his father Rajinder Kumar. Sanjay Dutt also acted in this film.
