Often, when we want to lose weight, we bring intensity to our efforts, vow to go to the gym, we restrict food, in amounts or types of food and this can create stress. Stress can cause weight gain, cravings, overeating, which lead to a downward spiral of beating ourselves up. There’s another way to do it that feels good, that honors the wisdom of your body!
