You are not your behavior, especially not your unwanted behavior. You are a unique being put on this earth to do great things. You are not here to be frustrated with your body and struggle with cravings. If you’re experiencing cravings or find yourself overeating, it’s simply a symptom of some imbalance. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or a bad person, it just means that some gentle attention is required.
