My name is Bob Van Dyne. I was born September 18, 1975. A perfect year to be born. Everything since then has been fucking nuts.

I sincerely just try to give you the best 15 minutes I can. Rain or shine. Never miss a day. That’s the challenge and the fun. I’ll record in an airport bathroom on Christmas. And no edits. That’s cheating.
