As an average urban firefighter I find this podcast a great listen. Stories that touch your feelings and stories that make you crack up. Most of stories teach you to be a better human and leader. Break a rule and take the team to the canyon, mad respect to go out on a limb and show the crews that appreciation. Wish this was a daily podcast!!
