Great high energy podcast for fans of board games. I love the short format where only a few games and one topic is usually covered. Keeps the discussion focused and never drags. Updating my comments on audio as it seems as of 2023, audio imbalance has been worked out. Annie’s comes through at the same level as Crystals now and makes for a much more enjoyable listening experience.

Listening to this podcast feels like chatting about board games with your best friends. They are fun, entertaining, educating, and often hilarious. It's the perfect amount of silliness vs. seriousness, and reminds me why I love board games and the people who play them. I never miss an episode.

I love this show for when I need a quick board game fix. These ladies cover a variety of games, offer a little bit of education, and a dash of karaoke.

This is a very informative and entertaining podcast. I’ve found a few games that I’m thinking about purchasing and I’ve only listened to around 5 episodes so far.

This is a really great podcast. The hosts are charming and knowledgeable. They cover quite a few games in each episode and provide enough of a description of games that you get a sense of how to play them and what they are like. And all in about 30 minutes!

I consume a lot of board game media and very seldom leave reviews because there’s always *some* thing that annoys me. Board Game Blitz doesn’t. It’s bite size, positive, energetic and aggressively inclusive. I enjoy a lot of the Dice Tower network shows, but this one is my favorite.

Quality over quantity. A half an hour podcast is a joy to listen to in comparison to some of the 3+ hour board game podcasts that are out there. The conversation is fun and informative with just the right amount of silliness :)

There is a lot of great content contained in these 25-30 minute episodes. This is one of the few podcasts I listen to the moment an episode is released. Highly recommended.

I love board games so I love this podcast! The ladies are awesome to listen to. I love that each episode is quick yet super informational. It just makes my day to listen to people who are smart and passionate about board games.

I wish Crystal didn’t dominate almost every discussion bc it gets to be a bit much. Wish the other two ladies spoke up more bc they seem more interesting and their voices are nicer to listen to.

In a world of 2-3 hour long podcasts these ladies get it done in 30 minutes! Quick takes on games they’ve been playing, a discussion topic, and even etymology (yes, I did have to google how to spell that) of a word. Great podcast!

Crystal, Cassadi, and Ambie serve up fresh board game takes every other week. I was initially a little skeptical how good it could be since they aren't geographically together playing the same games. I guess I was just more used to that style of reviews as first. But this is great because they have such varied tastes from each other that I get to hear about a lot more games than in many of the longer podcasts. This one is quick, up beat, and a lot of fun to listen to. Plus, as a word nerd I really love the etymology section. I also am lucky enough to interact with several of them on twitter and they are the nicest people ever. I'm super glad I heeded my friend's advice to listen.

Quick, efficient, clear and fun. Concise game descriptions, good topic talks and more. The Blitz crew has it down after over a year of episodes! As an added bonus, I really love the etymology segment as a special bit of flavor you won’t find anywhere else.

Wonderful podcast about board games. You all have good chemistry and have tought me a few things, for example, I have never heard of 18XX games before this podcast. I've already burned through all of the past episodes and now I'm just waiting to hear more! My only criticism is that Ambie needs to have more confidence in herself. When she forgets that the mike is there, she sounds great, but most of the time she sounds timid. We are listening because we like to hear what you have to say, believe in yourself! :-)

The ladies hosting this postcast have great energy and fabulous chemistry. They each prefer different styles and genres which facilitates good discussion on a broad range of games. I'm very pleased with the audio quality and balance they've acheived right out of the gate, too.

One of the better and newer podcasts out there. It is a shame it is only 30 minutes or less. This is a podcast of more show and less gimmick than some of the other podcasts out there. This is a podcast I wish ran longer, but they would not have thier in 30 minutes or less show"blitz" format. Hopefully they can blitz out more than 1 show a week and do multiple episodes. I would like to see more co-reviews on their games, as the hosts tend to not play the same games it would be good to show a "1 game a week where they can all chime in" as each hosts insight to the mechanics of gaming I have really enjoyed.

I started listening to the podcast a week or so back, and I am really enjoying it. The episodes are short enough that it's not daunting to get caught up and can be binge listened which I have been doing at work. Great show and is nice to hear ladies talk about gaming and get a point of view that I don't normally think of. I am looking forward to many more episodes!

I don't normally write reviews but felt this was warranted. So many board game podcasts are on a level that talk from a hard core gamer level and I get lost in the hierarchy of the hosts. Not here. I love board gaming and it is apparent that they do too. It is obvious they know games and what gaming is about, but I don't feel that they have forgotten that while us listeners may know a lot doesn't mean we are higher level gamers. Its a fun and intelligent listen that feels advanced but accessible by any level of gamer. Good job!

The hosts do a great job sharing their love of the board game hobby, their tips for gaming in different situations, and the recent games they have been playing. A pleasing and pleasant part of my regular game podcast routine.
