I was happy to listen to this podcast and was learning a lot. Unfortunately she finds it necessary to bash Biden or Democrats at least once in many episodes. When she went off on vaccines and various conspiracy theories I decided to move on to other folks that provide STR information in a more appropriate manner. It is too bad because she has a lot of good info. Unfortunately she can’t manage to stick to the topic without getting political or displaying her ignorance.

Easy to follow and all my questions were answered! Michelle is great and her information is so valuable to us newbies!

I have very much enjoyed this podcast and found it more helpful and practically informative than other similar STR podcast but I will never listen again. The COVID pandemic has definitely influenced real estate and this impact is certainly within the scope of appropriate content on a STR podcast. But On her most recent episode the host goes off on a paranoid rant and advises her listeners not to get the COVID 19 vaccination. She supports her stance by reporting that 70% of new COVID infections occur among the vaccinated concluding that because this number is greater than 50% the vaccine actually make you more vulnerable to infection. While her math is correct the numbers she states with are grossly inaccurate. The first vaccination in this country was administered on Dec. 14, 2020. According to the CDC between Dec. 14, 2020 and April 30, 2021 there were a total of 15,438,649 new COVID infections. During this same period there were 10,262 infections in people who had been vaccinated. This is no where near 70% but rather closer to 0.07%. Using similar simple math the unvaccinated are 1500 times more likely to become infected. This then provides human Petri dishes for the virus to reproduce and mutate resulting in more virulent variants that are more infective and resistant This explains the current delta strain surge and post-vaccination infections. Michelle should limit her advice to real estate investing rather than medicine. If I want to learn about medicine or epidemiology, there are other expert podcasts covering that. Such irresponsible dangerous misinformation would have been quickly blocked on other platforms. This episode should deleted immediately.

The best STR podcast out here: a massive amount of great info with no fluff. Thank you for sharing your history and experiences with your estate acquisition, renovation and rentals.

This podcast is a great resource to start or scale your short term rental business. She goes over every detail to become successful! Great person and easy to listen to.

At first when I found this podcast I enjoyed it. I even kept listening after some of the political points of view she chooses to share (and generally not related to episode topic) I did not agree with, because I do think she has a lot of great business insights to share. I do like to understand other perspectives as it helps me grow, and I think its important to not just hear one side. In more recent episodes she states articles and studies to prove theories that are misrepresented. Stanford study showing masks were not effective? Interesting, so I checked. This is not a Stanford study and was published in “medical hypothesis journal”that has since retracted the article as it was “misleading” and had misquoted other published papers. I agree we all need to think for ourselves and hear other people out, but I do think when you make factual statements for podcasts, you need to fact check yourself.

The one and only BNB podcast you need to listen to. She genuinely wants you to succeed!
