2022 - The Wild Year
In our final episode of the year, we reflect on all that God has done for us throughout the year and express our gratitude for everything He has done. The Wild Ones was the theme for the first part of the year. This was a conviction about what God intended for us as a people. This year, God promised us that as a community, we would have dreams, see visions, and encounter a profound manifestation of God in our lives. This is exactly what happened. We witnessed the growth of our community and the pursuit of God by people in ways that would drastically alter their lives. We prayed for people, remained steadfast, and waited on God every day. We've had some great conversations and firebrand worship sessions this year, and our experience as salt and light throughout the year has been incredible. God has been incredibly kind to us. We are excited to share with you the message we have received from God for the year 2023. In 2023, God will ask us to live up to our name and be True Gatherers. We would have more physical gatherings, and more Jesus meetings, if we could bring people together who share the same mission of seeing God glorified and build platforms that would enable the real gathering to occur. We are using our real names this year and taking on the role of the actual gatherers. We are impatient. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message

Holy Boundaries
This episode, as we near the end of the year, discusses boundaries. We talked about boundaries that can be physical, mental, social, or even spiritual. Most people view boundaries as restrictive, especially when it comes to our faith, but boundaries actually allow us to experience and express our freedom more. Asking the question, "Would I do what I am about to do if Jesus were sitting right in front of me?" is one way to examine boundaries. This query touches on a wide range of topics, including attention-seeking, lust, premarital sex, and dieting. Knowing the answer to this question in depth will help you realize that believers impose limitations in order to express their freedom more fully. We hope that this episode helps you better understand boundaries. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message

Jesus At The Centre
This was such a lovely conversation. We discussed a variety of topics, including Nigeria, insecurity, faith, and responsibility, among others. We began by discussing Nigeria and what God is calling us to do as citizens of this country. This conversation blessed us as we delved into so many topics, and we are confident it will also bless you. We concluded this conversation by emphasizing how important it is for us all to keep Jesus at the centre of everything. Nothing else --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message

How are you today? Really, How are you doing?
In this episode, we look at the premise of a basic question we've all heard before: "How are you doing today?" We utilized this question to explore how many people are used to giving people surface-level answers because they assume that's what most people want to hear and don't communicate thoroughly what they're going through. We then explore how this has translated into our connection with Jesus, and how we have decided to merely reveal our surface-level selves to him when He is asking for all of you. In this conversation, we talk about vulnerability and Trust and invite you to let Christ into those areas you have hidden from everyone around you. He wants all of you.  Christ is asking you today "How are you doing? --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message

Trusting God
What does it mean to trust God? How does it feel to trust God? In this episode, we had a conversation with NK Baby and our regular in-house cohost, Kenny about Trusting. In this episode, we discuss how trusting is hard because sometimes we want to be sure about the timing and sometimes we are worried about trusting because we know how hard it is to let go of those things we assume are our protection.  --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message

Above All, LOVE!!!
There are so many times we think of others around us as not being spiritual enough or as not spiritually mature. We judge them in our hearts or in public because of the behaviours we see them do and we place ourselves above them without us knowing. For some of us, this might not be the case, it might be that we use words or portray actions that kind we make us feel like we are more spiritual than others. We inject into conversations and we say things with the sole purpose to make them see us as being spiritual and doing the things that Christ has died. This conversation is to discuss how easy it is to fall into the trap and how this is such a thin line between wanting Christ to be known and trying to prove your spirituality. How does love come into play? How do we constantly show love to people? How do we live as Paul advised in 1st Corinthians 13 where he admonished us to seek love in all we do?  We talked about this and more in this episode.  --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blurrylines/message
