what are the blue zone, and who they live.
blue zones.
What are the blue zones, the blue zones are places where the people have the longest life and the less percent amount of chronic disease. There are only 5 around the world and they are in California, Costa Rica, Italy, Greece, and japan. On their daily life they have to do exercise, eat small meals, they don’t use to many electronics because they do everything with their hands we can said so that it is like a non purpose exercise, they have their daily sleep to rest and recover forces for the next day, in conclusion they have like a very moved life I can said they don’t lose the time sitting on a chair looking their phone, they like to run or walk, they have like a very strong community or society around them. All these healthy habits have their purpose like don’t use electronics and do everything by themselves and go every day to the gym and do some exercise to have a good physique, eat small meals with a very balanced diet, they have something to believe and remember why they are doing that,  etc and all these habits are to have a healthy life in these blue zones. We can learn too much from these blue zones like diets, go to the gym everyday, and don’t be at home all the time doing nothing.
