I’ve been radically healed of bipolar, PTSD and anxiety. What a story it is. But the wild thing is I still feel low and lackluster from time to time. I don’t own it. I AM healed. I declare the Word of God over me. Here’s a couple other things I do that might help you too. However there is NO remedy outside of Jesus. He IS our healer. Our Savior. Our Lord. So run into His arms and maybe listen to this…:)

Wild one. Outta the box as per usual. Our daily commute can morph into a joyfilled life giving road trip. Daily. Changing our posture, breathing, mindset….can really affect our day and life. Let’s see our daily journey as a road trip to invite the Lord into. Pausing at a red light even if you’re late shouldn’t frustrate us we should see it as a forced pause to retune to Jesus. Eyes ON HIM!!!!
