I grew up on an organic berry farm, and one of the most important things my dad ever taught me, crouched down in the winter mulching season, was this: the time when nothing appears to be happening is often the most important season of all. What happens underneath, in the quiet, is what sets up the harvest. That idea has shaped everything I do. And today I want to walk you through the three things I have seen, again and again, actually move the needle for women in the second half of life.
✨ In This Episode
- Why change does not happen in a straight line, and what nature has always known about the seasons of growth
- The three foundational pillars that actually make lasting difference after 45: Wellness, Mindset and Meaning
- Why wellness has to come first, and why you cannot mindset your way out of a body that is running on empty
- Why insight alone does not create change, and what has to be in place before mindset work can actually stick
- Why meaning is the harvest, and what happens when you have sorted everything else but still do not know what it is all actually for
