We all need to understand that that someone we know might just be battling a mental health issue and needs all the support we can give. The truth remains that a person can have anxiety and still sound confident. Someone can also be depressed but still manage to smile and make jokes. Anybody can be suicidal but still turn up to work, church, school or a party and appear to be 'fine'. Not everyone's pain can be easily perceived through their looks or attitude. Be careful, treat the next person with care and if you discover someone has a mental health challenge try to be as much help as you can or at least don't make jest of them.
