Sometimes life can through some overwhelming challenges your way and there's little or nothing you can do to control the torrents. However, when you do survive, you come back a lot stronger. It's always good to reflect on the past, try to limit regrets, and note down all the positive ways the storm may have shaped you. That's my new approach this year and I'm so excited to speak to you guys about my highs and lows, and especially all the lessons I've gathered from it.

Let's face it, we all have insecurities. Teens, adults, and celebs alike, there's something we possess that makes us feel inferior or uncomfortable. Where do these Insecurities stem from? why do we have them? How do we get over them? Join me as I tackle these questions in a conversation with Carmel Nsita, now editor and videographer in cinematography, Herbal Life distributor, and upcoming fitness coach. Its the month of May!! Mother's month. What better way to end it off than with a shout out to all mothers out there!
Following up on my story, I tell the tale of Mrs. R, a strong and vibrant woman with dreams to succeed and fend for her kids, only to discover that life isn't exactly what you would expect. I want to use this episode to not only to fill the gaps of my story which I left out at first, but I really want to touch on some sensitive topics like emotional trauma, violence, etc. The past can be dark and the details daunting, but if we don't confront it, we might never overcome it.
