Ron Johnson is a native of York, Pa where he attended York Catholic High School. He went on to play football at Shippensburg University where he graduated with a Degree in Speech Communications. Upon graduating from Ship, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as a rookie free agent. In just his 2nd season with the Eagles, he suffered a career ending back injury.
